'ANUBHAV' Transforming School Education

ANUBHAV is our flagship program that stands for Anubhavatmak Shiksha means learning out of experiences. Through ANUBHAV we are trying to inculcate a culture of application based learning in school education system with a target of improving the learning outcomes remarkably. It is a relevant, easy to implement, technology-independent, high impact program in line with recommendations of National Education Policy-2020, NIPUN Bharat Mission & learning outcomes prescribed in National Achievement Survey (NAS).

Anubhav is our honest contribution towards Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 which seeks to ‘ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all children by 2030’.

Nikalas Foundation is expanding its outreach year by year and deepening its impact under the able leadership of CA Rohit Somalwar. Our ultimate aim is to nurture creators for young India from the underserved sections of the country."

Three core action points of “ANUBHAV”

• Improving Students’ Interest and Engagements in learning process
• Developing an ability amongst students to apply every concept learnt in schools practically
• Empowering teachers with relevant pedagogy to improve learning outcomes of each session remarkably

Anubhav employs specially designed learning kits designed on the backdrop of school syllabus as a medium of a strong and sustainable impact. We infuse these kits in day to day teaching learning process for a cultural shift from rot learning to application based learning.

These kits make learning process interesting, engaging, relevant thereby improving the learning outcomes remarkably. Development in Skills like creativity, design skills, applied intelligence, cognition, visualisation, problem solving skills, expression and improvement in the academic performance comes as a by-product

Anubhav has impacted 7000+ underprivileged children studying in more than 40 organisations located in 4 different states, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Goa and West Bengal.

We are committed to reach out to 10000 plus children in the year 2024-25 for which we need support from all change-makers like you.

 Other Programs

Apart from 'Anubhav', we implement many other programs like ‘Setu’ which helps school dropouts to qualify X Board, ‘Disha’ which empowers X and XII passed students to identify their strengths and build a bright career based on their innate potential, ‘Kala’, a skill development program for young talents and so on.
